01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 32 Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using 32 Bet in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

03 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Rules

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

04 Withdrawals

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a cash withdrawal is available.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction.

Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 32 Bet does not impose withdrawal fees, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

32 Bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, sports cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as cash.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• 32 Bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus types unless stated otherwise.

Sports Bonus Conditions

Sports betting bonuses, including cashback and free bet credits, may carry minimum odds requirements. Qualifying bets must meet the stated minimum odds per selection. Each-way bets, cashed-out bets, and voided bets may not contribute towards bonus wagering. Cricket markets including PSL and T20 internationals are typically included as eligible markets unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The 32 Bet sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports, and other sporting events. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or postponed beyond the rescheduled window stated in the specific sport rules, all bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, including PSL and T20 matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results are accepted as official where applicable.
• 32 Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected events including live cricket and football. Odds on in-play markets update in real time. There may be brief delays between live match events and in-play odds adjustments — 32 Bet reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on the basis of information that was already publicly known at the time of placement but not yet reflected in the odds.

07 Casino & Slots

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games available on 32 Bet are provided by third-party software developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are entirely independent of the platform.

Fair Play

• 32 Bet does not influence game outcomes in any way — all results are produced by the game provider's RNG software.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are determined by the game provider and may be referenced in the game's paytable or information section.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection or game crash — may result in that round being voided. Bets placed during a malfunctioning round will be returned to your account balance.

09 Security & Fraud Prevention

32 Bet takes the security of player accounts and the integrity of the platform seriously. We employ a range of technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and the abuse of promotional offers.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in casino games or betting markets.

• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to generate winnings.

Where prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed, 32 Bet reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, void relevant bets or game rounds, and report the activity to relevant parties where legally required. Any real-money balance deposited in good faith will be returned minus any amounts identified as fraudulently obtained or associated with abuse.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

32 Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at our discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where a player has requested self-exclusion, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 32 Bet support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where 32 Bet suspends an account pending investigation, we will notify the account holder where it is reasonable and safe to do so. If the investigation confirms no breach of Terms, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and relevant balances handled in accordance with the findings of the investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

32 Bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• 32 Bet is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by third-party RNG software; 32 Bet is not liable for outcomes of individual game sessions.
• We are not responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction.

12 Changes to These Terms

32 Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via on-site notification or email where contact details are available.
